20-30 hours per week (Highly flexible scheduling across 5 days)

Starts in Camas, WA (Must be able to reliably commute to our Camas facility daily) About the Role Are you looking for a reliable part-time role that actually fits around your life? We are looking for a detail-oriented Janitorial & Maintenance Assistant to help keep our local properties clean, safe, and looking their best. Based out of our Camas facility, this is an entry-level position with plenty of room to grow. You will work both independently and alongside experienced team members, learning valuable, hands-on maintenance skills along the way. Why Join Us?

Responsibilities:
Keep common areas, offices, and restrooms clean, sanitized, and welcoming. Handle routine floor care, including vacuuming and carpet cleaning. Manage daily trash and recycling removal. Maintain clean kitchen and breakroom areas. Perform general building upkeep, including dusting, pressure washing, window cleaning, and basic maintenance tasks. Assist experienced team members on specialized or larger maintenance projects as needed.
Qualifications:
No experience required! Prior cleaning or maintenance experience is a plus, but we are fully ready to train the right person. A self-starter who can work independently and manage their time well. Great attention to detail—you notice the little things that keep a space looking sharp. Physical capability to handle active work, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
