Full Job Description Compensation:

Felt Poker Room & Lounge is a brand new, state-of-the-art entertainment hub in Des Moines, Washington. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to maintain our facilities in pristine condition. In this essential role, you will play a key part in shaping the overall ambiance and experience of Felt Poker Room and Lounge. A clean, well maintained, welcoming environment directly impacts the health, safety, comfort, productivity and overall impression for guests and employees alike. With your help, we will create a space where people feel valued, focused, and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of all assigned areas, including floors (sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming), carpets, walls, furniture, fixtures and high touch surfaces to ensure a spotless, hygienic, and visually appealing environment. Maintain restrooms in impeccable condition by thoroughly cleaning, disinfecting, and replenishing supplies (soap, paper products, etc.) Empty trash and recycling receptacles and keep surrounding areas neat to maintain an orderly, welcoming atmosphere. Respond quickly to spills, messes and emergency cleanups to preserve safety and prevent disruptions to the facility's ambiance. Dust and wipe down surfaces and common areas to contribute to a professional, tidy appearance that reflects care and attention to detail. Assist in other duties and responsibilities as requested.

Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
