Job Description
Lex Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead our residential and light commercial service team in Carrollton, TX. In this hands-on role, you'll supervise technicians, schedule and dispatch jobs, provide technical support and quality control, and ensure code compliance and safety standards. You'll handle customer escalations, review estimates, and assist with troubleshooting complex HVAC issues. The Service Manager will train and mentor techs, support certifications, manage inventory and fleet readiness, and collaborate with leadership to improve processes, drive customer satisfaction, and meet revenue and productivity goals.
