Influence, motivate, and support a team to ensure efficient and thorough service delivery. Conduct regular checklists and inspections to verify cleanliness standards, sanitation practices, and adherence to safety regulations. Employ proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and deliver customer service expectations. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and address any concerns promptly. Ensure best practice and compliance with health and safety standards related to custodial work, including proper handling of chemicals and waste disposal. Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial roles with a strong background in industrial cleaning and janitorial services. Demonstrated successful experience within a cleaning environment. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence staff towards achieving high performance standards. Strong understanding of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management protocols. Exceptional communication skills suitable for interactions with staff and clients. Ability to organize tasks efficiently while managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, hospitality, or military is a plus.
