This position is responsible for performing janitorial duties. Duties include cleaning building floors and stairways, offices, restrooms, lobby area. Clean and supply designated building areas( dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, ) Clean common areas, including high traffic area, public restrooms, customer service. Clean and empties trash containers, refill all paper product dispensers. All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1 year experience in a custodial capacity preferred. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Experience with carpet cleaning equipment and ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery a plus.

Requirements:

Must have a Valid Driver's license and own car to drive to different sites Must be able pass a background check Hours for this position:
