Job Summary Made Men Cleaning Services LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Technician to service a commercial/educational facility in Kent, WA. This position has a strong focus on restroom cleaning and sanitation , so we are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, sanitary, and professional restroom environments. The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work independently, communicates well, and consistently follows established cleaning procedures. Primary Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, partitions, and fixtures Restock toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other restroom supplies Sweep and mop restroom floors Remove trash and replace liners Clean mirrors, stainless steel, dispensers, and high-touch surfaces Monitor restrooms for cleanliness, odors, damage, leaks, or supply shortages Perform periodic detailed restroom cleaning, including edges, corners, walls, partitions, and fixtures Complete additional light janitorial duties as assigned Properly use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and personal protective equipment Follow site-specific cleaning procedures and safety requirements Report maintenance or facility concerns to management Maintain consistent quality throughout each shift Qualifications Previous commercial janitorial experience preferred Restroom cleaning experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Comfortable working independently Ability to follow written cleaning procedures and checklists Ability to safely use commercial cleaning chemicals and equipment Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift approximately 25-40 lbs as needed Reliable transportation to the Kent, WA job site
