We are a non-toxic company with a loyal client base from spokane-CDA. We are a small business with high standards.

Typically a team of 4 and clean in teams of two or independently. I pride myself in creating a positive work environment and working just as hard as my team! If you have a passion for cleanliness and enjoy creating a welcoming environment, I want to hear from you.

Typical work day:

Arrive at scheduled clean address, start task time, greet other cleaner/client (If applicable), start your fav podcast/playlist, complete the recurring clean within scheduled time, end task time and head out. Simple positive active work environment. Work days are 4-6hours to refrain from burnout. Residentials are scheduled 8:30/9:30am

• 1:30/2:30pm. Airbnbs are scheduled 10am/11am
• 3/4pm.

We typically drive separately but I will occasionally carpool if needed. Equipment and supplies are provided but having your own reliable vehicle is a must!

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas of the house
• Clean,sanitize,light organization and stage bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas
• Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, making beds and folding linens (for airbnbs)
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Properly use tools like pumice sticks, glass scrappers, etc without damaging surfaces/home.
• Willing to clean human/pet biohazardous bodily fluids if needed (at airbnbs).
• Notify management of any damages or maintenance issues within the household

Requirements:

• Previous experience in house cleaning or related field preferred
• Knowledge of housekeeping management is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal to no supervision
• Ability to Multitask ( Laundry while cleaning at airbnbs)
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
• Customer service skills to interact with homeowners and property managers professionally/positively. Most homes are empty upon arrival but the ability to make initial small talk/confidently greet clients is important.
• Comfortable with pets. Most clients have dogs/cats that love to greet us
• Ability to be consistent and dependable.
• Trust worthy

Pay:

Payment is sent via direct deposit through Gusto bi-weekly on Fridays.

Gusto also provides paystubs. Gas is reimbursed after 15miles. Reimbursement is included in W-2. This job is great for college students, responsible homeschoolers looking to excel, or anyone looking to take on 10-20 hours a week. There is potential for a long term position as a lead cleaner with benefits and higher pay if interested. You need to have the ability to be active for long periods of time(4-6hours) If you have no prior professional residential/airbnb cleaning experience, You will receive paid training for the first month at $18/hr. Then provided part-time hours at $20

• 25/hour depending on position.
