What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
W e are looking for Teammates to join our High-Rise Division of the Company. As a member of our team, you will learn to use rope access skill for tasks ranging from window washing to building restoration and new construction cleans. Window washing technicians perform general window cleaning while using brushes, sponges, or wet cloths to apply soapy water or other cleaning solutions to exterior building surfaces. Following the application of cleaning products, technicians are responsible for drying the wet glass with a cloth or squeegee. Pressure cleaning professionals independently operate high-pressure cleaning equipment, and wash areas assigned to them. This can include using various cleaning materials to achieve the desired results of cleaning and sanitation.
