We are looking to add two dependable, hardworking people to our team for our busy fall and holiday season. These are hands-on positions with a variety of work. Primary duties will include gutter cleaning, roof blow-offs, and professional Christmas light installation and takedown. Depending on our workload, you may also work alongside our gutter installation crews on job sites or help with various tasks at our Oak Harbor shop. While these positions are seasonal to start, there is potential for continued employment and growth within the company for the right people.

What You'll Be Doing:

Gutter cleaning and debris removal Blowing leaves, pine needles, moss, and other debris from roofs Installing professional Christmas lights on residential and commercial properties Installing lights along gutters, rooflines, peaks, trees, and other exterior areas Troubleshooting and servicing holiday lighting displays Removing and organizing Christmas lights after the holiday season Assisting our gutter installation crews on residential and commercial job sites as needed Helping load, unload, stage, and organize gutter materials and equipment Assisting with general shop work at our Oak Harbor location Setting up, moving, and safely working from extension ladders Working on residential and commercial roofs Properly using fall-protection and other safety equipment Loading and unloading tools, ladders, lighting, and materials Keeping company vehicles, tools, equipment, and jobsites organized Working as part of a crew and maintaining a professional attitude around customers Requirements Applicants must: Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Have reliable transportation to and from our Oak Harbor shop every workday Be comfortable working at heights Be comfortable working from extension ladders and on roofs Be willing to work outdoors in Western Washington weather, including rain and cold Be comfortable properly using fall-protection and other safety equipment Be physically capable of climbing ladders, carrying materials and equipment, and performing outdoor labor throughout the workday Be willing to perform different types of work depending on what the company needs that day Be dependable, show up on time, and be ready to work Follow instructions and take jobsite safety seriously Maintain a professional attitude while working at customers' homes and businesses Provide your own appropriate rain gear and work clothing

We're primarily looking for individuals who are dependable, comfortable with heights, willing to work hard, able to follow directions, and interested in learning. About Us Seamlessly Gutters is an established Western Washington gutter company based in Oak Harbor. Our holiday lighting division, Light You Up Holiday Lighting, provides professional Christmas and architectural lighting services for residential and commercial customers. We take pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and jobsite safety. Because we offer multiple services, no two days are necessarily the same. One day you may be cleaning gutters, another day installing Christmas lights, another helping a gutter crew, and another working at the shop getting equipment and materials ready. This is an outdoor, physical job. You'll be climbing ladders, working on roofs, carrying equipment and materials, and working in Washington weather. Pay:
