Job Description
Job Summary We are continuing to grow and seeking an experienced, dedicated and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. The cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. This role is essential in providing a safe and pleasant atmosphere for both home owners and visitors. Pay is generally based on a flat-rate per location . Duties Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health standards. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment. (Optional) Respond to urgent cleaning requests as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot areas needing cleaning or maintenance. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and supervisors. Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
