Job Description Position Summary:

During hours of operation, if not performing other job duties, Attendant will continually circulate the facility with pan and broom in hand to sweep tickets/trash from the floor, collect trash/tickets from countertops and trash from tables.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Promotes superior guest service. Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani. Sweeps, mops, scrubs, dusts, and vacuums all areas of the facility including special cleaning required by management. Removes and recycles trash. Cleans and sanitizes restrooms. Maintains floor cleanliness. Communicates inventory supply status to management. Performs daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks. Operates washing machine and dryer. Reports on any observed security, environmental and health and safety related concerns and any equipment malfunctions. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

1-year of environmental services experience. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment. Must be able to lift, push, pull 40 lbs. Reaching and stooping are part of the job. Must be willing to clean spills and biohazards. Must be able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift. Must be willing to work in a smoking environment. Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.
