We are currently seeking Janitorial Supervisors for our Seattle and Bellevue locations. In this role, you will oversee janitorial teams, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and play a key part in maintaining positive relationships with both staff and clients. Responsibilities Supervise, train, and develop janitorial staff to ensure quality service delivery. Assign, monitor, and review daily cleaning tasks and staff performance. Conduct formal cleaning inspections and enforce company and client policies. Provide feedback, corrective guidance, and retraining to staff as needed. Maintain positive working relationships with employees and clients, addressing concerns professionally. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, including ordering as necessary. Report safety and security issues promptly and enforce OSHA and other health and safety regulations. Perform janitorial tasks as required to support the team and ensure standards are met. Submit nightly reports to management on staff performance and facility conditions. Perform other duties as assigned to support facility operations. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience. At least 1 year of experience supervising or managing teams. Proficiency in email communication and report submission. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and use janitorial equipment, including backpack vacuums, for extended periods. Must be 18 years of age or older. Employment offers are contingent on passing a criminal background check. Compensation $26.52 to $30.00 per hour , with opportunities for bonuses and overtime.
