What they do
A Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and work quality of a maintenance organization by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. Reports to Maintenance Manager and maintains liaison between Operations and Maintenance. Through supervision of the Maintenance Administrator, the planner is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

Job Description
$36.60 per hour Seattle, WA Contract
- Duration: 4 months with possible conversion into permanent
- Summary:
- As a Space Planner, you will work with client teams for all non-project-related inquiries throughout the space planning process.
- Responsibilities
- + Receive and review all occupancy requests + Engage with tactical business space reps to collect planning requirements + Tactical scenario development + Performs regular and ad-hoc auditing + Assist senior planner in development of strategic plans as necessary + Coordinate with MAC team for implementation of space plans
- Technical Skills:
- + Data Analytics + Occupancy Planning + Space Planning + Test-fitting + Project Coordination + CAD/Revit
- Must Have Skills:
- + Occupancy planner would be ideal + Move and change + CAD experience + Doing test fits and design type works
- Education
- + Degree would be preferred
- Software skills:
- + CAFM - Serraview, Archibus, FMS + AutoCAD, MS Excel
- Note:
- + •Hybrid- 4 days a week onsite (Mon-Thurs need to be onsite)•+ •
