Township Building Services is currently hiring Day and Night Janitorial Cleaners to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at one of the area's premier shopping destinations. Position Day & Night Janitorial Cleaner (Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available) Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, entrances, and other assigned spaces. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces. Operate floor care equipment, including auto scrubbers, burnishers, and other cleaning machinery (training provided if needed). Empty trash and replace liners. Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors. Follow all safety procedures and company standards. Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and ready for visitors and staff.

Qualifications:

Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required. Experience operating floor care equipment is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, dependable, and punctual. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift.

Benefits:

Paid sick leave accrued at one hour for every 40 hours worked in accordance with Washington law.
