The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas. Maintain floors through buffing and polishing to ensure they are clean and presentable. Conduct industrial cleaning as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards Handle custodial duties in commercial setting Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized, reporting any shortages or needs to management. Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a clean and safe environment for employees and visitors. Follow established procedures for cleaning hazardous materials or spills. Experience Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with floor care techniques, including buffing and polishing. Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is a plus Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
