7am - 3:30pm (paid lunch) Job Description The Gutter Cleaner / Gutter Technician role focuses on cleaning residential gutters and downspouts as part of a safety-focused team. You work outdoors, use ladders to access rooftops, remove debris from gutters, and help maintain clean, professional worksites while following established safety procedures. This is an entry-level opportunity with no experience required and strong earning potential through performance-based bonuses. Responsibilities Clean gutters and downspouts on residential properties to ensure proper water drainage. Remove leaves, debris, and other buildup from gutters and roofline areas. Work as part of a team to complete assigned jobs efficiently and on schedule. Safely climb ladders and access residential rooftops when required to perform cleaning tasks. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional worksite at all times. Follow all company safety standards, procedures, and guidelines while on ladders, roofs, and job sites. Use company-provided trucks to travel to and from work locations and represent the company professionally while driving. Engage with customers in a courteous and respectful manner when on-site, supporting a positive customer experience. Adhere to performance expectations related to work quality, reliability, and safety to qualify for piecework bonuses. Handle and move equipment and tools throughout the day, ensuring they are used and stored safely. Essential Skills Ability to work safely at heights, including climbing ladders and walking on residential roofs. Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year. Physical ability to lift, carry, and move equipment repeatedly during the workday. Capacity for frequent standing, bending, climbing, and sustained physical activity. Reliability and punctuality, with a strong commitment to showing up on time and completing assigned work. Strong work ethic and willingness to perform general labor tasks as needed. Positive team-oriented attitude and ability to work cooperatively with others. Focus on safety and adherence to safety protocols while on ladders, roofs, and job sites. Comfort interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional manner. Ability to accept feedback and occasional rejection (such as being told no) while maintaining a professional demeanor. Ability to work within the weight limitations of company ladders, which have a maximum capacity of 240 pounds. Additional Skills & Qualifications Entry-level position with no prior experience required. Previous experience in gutter cleaning, roofing, construction, landscaping, or exterior maintenance is a plus but not required. General labor experience or outdoor work environments is beneficial. Experience working on rooftops or with roofing materials is an asset. Familiarity with basic safety practices for working at heights is advantageous. Customer service or retail experience is helpful for interacting with homeowners. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $83200.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
