We are currently looking for a Plant Operations Maintenance to join our team! In this role, you will support the community with plant operations and assist with maintaining both the interior and exterior of our community. Your work will directly impact the comfort and happiness of our residents, all while working in a fun, collaborative environment!
What You'll Do:
Maintain the interior of the community according to company standards. Handle exterior maintenance, including groundskeeping. Assist in coordinating community events. Provide maintenance support for resident apartments and common areas.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a similar maintenance position. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. HVAC certification is a plus. Experience working with local/state agencies for inspections. Experience working with seniors is a huge plus!
