Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.
Flat rate of $120 per completed turnover clean. (With turnovers typically taking 1 to 3 hours).

Independent Contractor (1099) Job Summary Kale Properties LLC is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Independent Cleaning Contractor to manage the turnover cleaning for our vacation rental in Bayfield. This property is a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo totaling 950 square feet. Because this is a short-term rental property, consistency, speed, and an eye for presentation are critical. This position is ideal for established solo cleaners or local cleaning businesses looking to add a predictable, high-paying property to their weekly schedule. You will have full autonomy over your methods, provided the property meets our premium guest readiness standards after every stay. Turnovers must be completed during the checkout/check-in window between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Responsibilities As an independent contractor, you will be fully responsible for the complete presentation of the condo, including:
Full Turnover Cleaning:
Deep clean and sanitize the kitchen, bathroom, living areas, and all 3 bedrooms according to short-term rental standards.
Linen & Laundry Management:
Wash, dry, and replace all sheets, pillowcases, and towels (either using the in-unit machines or your preferred off-site method).
Guest Staging:
Arrange decorative items, throw pillows, and towels neatly to match the listing photos so the condo feels welcoming upon guest arrival.
Post-Clean Documentation:
Take photos of each room after the cleaning and staging are complete to verify the condo is guest-ready.
Restocking Essentials:
Replenish guest amenities (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee supplies) from the locked owner's supply closet.
Damage & Supply Reporting:
Conduct a quick visual inspection upon arrival and report any guest damage, maintenance issues, or low supply stock immediately via text/photo.
Trash Removal:
Collect all trash and recycling from the unit and dispose of it in the designated complex dumpsters.
Pay:
$40.00 - $120.00 per hour
