This energetic position offers the opportunity to ensure cleanliness and sanitation at our apartment community, White Oaks. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of vacant apartments and all lobbies/common areas in 4 buildings. Handle specialized or deep cleaning tasks as needed. Maintain sanitation standards by properly disposing of waste, sanitizing bathrooms, and kitchens. Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment responsibly to prevent accidents or damage. Experience Prior professional cleaning experience is required. Demonstrated ability in residential cleaning with attention to detail and efficiency. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
