We know that when you search for a company online, you may see reviews that make you wonder what it is like to work here. There are always two sides to every story. Like any company, we have had employees who have worked out very well and others where things simply did not work out. What we do know is that J&F has many employees who have been with us for 5, 10, and even more years. With a team of more than 150 employees, we believe that says a lot about the type of company we are building. We are not perfect, and we never claim to be. We are constantly working to improve, train our people, and become a better company.
Our approach is simple:
Come interview with us and ask us anything. We believe in being transparent about the job, the expectations, the work, the good, and the challenges. We want you to have the opportunity to make an informed decision about whether J&F is the right fit for you. Don't let a few online reviews make the decision for you. Come meet us, ask questions, and see for yourself. Lead Cleaner $20 to $22 to start depending on Commercial Cleaning /
