Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with the oversight, training, and on-shift supervision of Changeover staff and other staff as needed. Enforce administrative policies and procedures as it relates to the building. Assist with the implementation, evaluation, and day to day operation of the game day setup and tear down including flooring, seating, tables, stages, ramps, etc. Perform seating, facilities, and event checklists inspections Report issues to management as they arise Assist with cleaning, housekeeping, and light maintenance Follow safety precautions and emergency procedures Attend all Staff and Committee meetings as assigned. Weekend work and game day work is required Qualifications Applicants must be 18 years or older.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent Some experience using hand tools preferred
Skills/Abilities:
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to problem solve Ability to perform general labor Must be able to discuss, converse with, and exchange accurate information with patrons, staff, stakeholders, etc. Work Environment and Physical Demands Work Environment Non-smoking environment Moderate to loud noise Maintain flexible hours for events that occur on weekends and evenings Physical Demands Walking, standing or working events Must be able to traverse throughout the center Must be able to lift, move and set up items weighing as much as 75 lbs.
