Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated residential cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our clients. If you have a passion for cleanliness and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you. This job will require you to travel to and from houses/businesses. Houses are located in a 30 mile radius of Eau Claire.Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, scrubbing surfaces and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Launder linens and make beds when requested
- Provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services
- Follow customer instructions for efficient task completion
Requirements:
- Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial services
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning practices
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients professionally
- Must be reliable
- Adequate transportation to and from each client
Compensation:
As a 1099 contractor, you set your pay. The pay listed above is the average pay for this industry as a contractor.Other information:
No prior cleaning experience is required, however a high level of attention to detail is crucial for the satisfaction of our customers.- You would be operating as an independent contractor (1099 employee). You will be responsible for purchasing your own supplies or you can borrow some company supplies. This is something we would discuss before job start date. If you have any questions on this I'd be more than happy to answer them!
