Responsibilities Residential Cleaning Technicians are responsible for providing professional cleaning services in client homes according to Sparkly Housekeepers LLC standards and procedures.
Responsibilities may include:
Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other residential spaces Dusting furniture and surfaces Removing cobwebs Cleaning countertops, sinks, and fixtures Cleaning showers, tubs, and toilets Vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture Sweeping and mopping hard floors Cleaning appliance exteriors Cleaning cabinet and drawer fronts Emptying and replacing trash Completing approved specialty cleaning services Following room-specific cleaning procedures Following company safety and chemical-use procedures Maintaining professional communication with clients Protecting client property and maintaining confidentiality Completing assigned work within established time expectations Completing quality checks before leaving the home Working independently and with other team members Driver Position Requirements Employees in positions that require driving must have: A valid driver's license A reliable personal vehicle Current automobile insurance A safe and responsible driving history Ability to travel between client homes A company vehicle is not provided. Approved business mileage is reimbursed according to company policy. Non-Driver Positions Non-driver positions are available for employees who do not meet the driving requirements or prefer a position that does not require use of their personal vehicle. Non-driver employees may work as part of a cleaning team and will be transported between assigned locations according to the company schedule.
