A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
General Cleaner Seeking a Part-Time General Cleaner to clean and maintain office Building in the Franklin area (Monday-Thursday 5:00pm-10:00pm and Friday starting at 4:30pm- 9:30pm. Cleaner must be detail oriented able to work independently. General Cleaners maintain the cleanliness of their designated buildings/areas by performing various cleaning duties. Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned by the supervisor/manager.
