What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Franklin Public Schools is seeking an independent, self-motivated employee to join our Buildings & Grounds Crew. As a part-time custodian, you would be required to work 4:00 pm - 10:30 pm Monday through Friday. Free dental, access to our Wellness Clinic (free of charge), and paid time off is available for all part-time employees. Some of the work you may be performing includes, but is not limited to: Performing all cleaning tasks associated with your assigned run to help create a clean and safe learning environment.
