Summary:

The Washer Shed Operator supports daily packing plant operations by unloading trailers, operating wash equipment, and preparing product for packing. This role works closely with the team to maintain sanitation standards, support packaging activities, and ensure efficient, high‑quality production while exceeding daily operational expectations. !

Hours:

Varies by weather - 5am to 5pm or 6:30am to 8:30pm

Pay:

$15.50/hr.

Responsibilities:

Assist the lead person with unloading trailers safely and efficiently. Operate washing equipment to clean product and remove impurities. Support sanitation requirements to maintain food safety and cleanliness standards. Unload pallets from empty trailers and assist with material handling. Help with packaging activities as needed to support production demands.

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a fast‑paced food production environment. Willingness to follow safety, sanitation, and quality procedures. Dependable, team‑oriented, and able to perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
