We are currently looking for a dependable, hardworking Exterior Restoration & Pressure Washing Technician who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in producing quality results. This is a hands-on position involving pressure washing, exterior painting and staining, cedar restoration, roof cleaning, and other exterior maintenance services. Duties Pressure wash residential and commercial properties Perform exterior painting and staining Assist with cedar siding and cedar roof restoration Perform roof and exterior surface cleaning Safely operate pressure washing, restoration, and power equipment Prepare surfaces and work areas before restoration or painting Maintain clean and organized job sites Communicate professionally with customers and team members Follow company safety procedures and job-site requirements

Qualifications:
