A medical janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in a healthcare facility. They perform a variety of tasks, including cleaning and disinfecting patient rooms, restrooms, and common areas, terminals as well as disposing of medical waste and restocking supplies. They must follow strict safety and infection control protocols to prevent the spread of disease and ensure the safety of patients, staff, and visitors. A medical janitor must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
