Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaner to join our team and help maintain a pristine, welcoming environment. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks across residential and commercial spaces, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitation across various areas. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health standards. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents effectively to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and fixtures. Maintain the cleanliness of outdoor areas when required, including trash removal and outdoor surface cleaning. Manage heavy lifting tasks safely during furniture moving or bulk cleaning activities. Communicate professionally with clients regarding specific cleaning needs or special requests to ensure satisfaction. Experience Previous cleaning experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Knowledge of cleaning detergents, sanitation products, and proper manual handling procedures. Experience with cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and pressure washers. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday. Outdoor work experience is advantageous for maintaining external spaces or outdoor fixtures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their cleaning expectations.
