Daytime Janitorial Supervisor

Daytime Janitorial Supervisor 2.2 2.2 out of 5 stars Seeking candidate who has experience in management, but willing to train the right person. Supervisor will be responsible for coordination of professional janitorial services performed by crew members. They will also be responsible for functions related to personnel efficiency & performance, including training, guidance & ensurance that cleaning standards are being met. Critical to success is the communication with management, employees, and clients. Ability to work varied hours, within the range of 5 am - 3 pm. Meet and communicate with clients proactively, address clients concerns and requests. Open and close the workday with cleaning crews, provide guidance and assistance to the crews. Develop and coordinate plans for efficient use of crew members time. Determine the equipment and materials required for job accomplishment. Perform work site inspections at various locations to ensure quality work and on-time completion of activities. Encourage and promote high standards of customer service. Train and mentor crew personnel, enforcing organizational policies and procedures. On-call duties as necessary, ability to make decisions and work independently. Perform other duties as assigned.
