As an Office Cleaning Night Associate, you will be responsible for performing thorough cleaning tasks, maintaining cleanliness standards, and supporting the overall upkeep of the spaces. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help create a professional atmosphere that employees and visitors alike can enjoy. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal across all office areas. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in restrooms, event spaces, hallways, and common areas. Conduct routine custodial tasks like window cleaning, surface disinfecting, and replenishing supplies to uphold hygiene standards. Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs needed or safety hazards identified during cleaning rounds. Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for all staff members. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of custodial procedures. Prior experience in facilities maintenance or porter roles is highly desirable. Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety standards. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation to drive from 1 end of property to the other. We E-verify. Must be authorized to work in United States. Speak , understand and read English. Schedule- Typical schedule would be 5 nights per week with alternating weekends. Start after 9pm with shifts being 3-5 hrs depending on events. Some special events have opportunities for day hours from 1-3pm. All times listed are approximate and may be slightly different based on time of year and events scheduled.
