This position will be responsible for the successful management of a portfolio assignment of our commercial cleaning customer accounts with frequent travel within our service areas. This is primarily a second shift position M-F, with occasional first shift and weekend duties. Service areas will include Lakeshore area (Manitowoc, Sheboygan, Chilton, Plymouth etc.) Essential duties: Foster strong customer & contractor relationships at all times Conduct site evaluations. Manage and direct janitorial staff and contractor responsibilities to ensure quality service standards are consistently upheld Onboard and roll out new account startups smoothly Maintain equipment and inventory logs. Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing company safety standards, personnel policy, and procedures, and complying with legal regulations. Market ancillary services to current clients. Demonstrate and promote TEAM culture and values. Provide back-up support to other team members' field supervisory & project services personnel.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years area manager type experience in a service-based industry providing client/customer satisfaction is required. Prior background in Facility Management, or Custodial Operations. Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Outstanding problem solving and resolution skills Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) abilities are a big plus but not a requirement Valid WI Driver's License with clean driving record Occasional weekend hours may be required at times
