A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Duties:

Vacuuming, trash/recycling collection, dusting, sweeping/mopping of floors, cleaning of restrooms, disinfecting, etc. Job Requirements Reliable transportation Good communication and interpersonal skills. Accessible by telephone. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs. Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions. Additional Information /
