Handle cleaning chemicals and floor cleaning agents safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols and environmental guidelines. Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, polishers, extractors, and vacuums with precision and care. Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or equipment while maintaining proper ergonomic practices. Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, supply usage, and safety checks for accountability. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally while ensuring the environment remains tidy and inviting. Requirements Proven experience or interest in commercial cleaning or environmental services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged standing or walking throughout shifts. Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, waxing, refinishing, and carpet cleaning is advantageous.
