Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Part-time Broad Description of Duties:
Under the direction of the theatre management team, the Janitor is responsible for the cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of the theatre and building surroundings. This position reports to a member of the theatre management team or General Manager (reporting may vary by location).
Essential Functions/Job Duties:
Clean the facility during non-operating hours to prepare for the day Sweep, mop, or vacuum building floors Collect and take out garbage from building Clean restrooms and stock them with supplies Clean spills and other hazards with appropriate equipment Wash windows, walls, and glass Make minor building repairs Notify managers when a building needs major repairs All other light maintenance duties, as needed and assigned by the theatre management team or General Manager The above list reflects the general details necessary to describe the principle and essential functions of the position and shall not be construed as the only duties that may be assigned for the position .
Job Requirements:
Possess strong interpersonal, mechanical, and time management skills Flexible and accessible work schedule that includes late evenings, weekends and holidays as dictated by business needs; The ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, team environment; Have a passion for delivering unparalleled hospitality and service
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk and/or hear, and/or use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls. The employee is required to stand, and/or walk occasionally. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Work is performed in an office and theatre environment. The noise level is usually moderate to high with an occasional loud environment. Mask is required.
