Janitorial Worker - 3rd Shift Job Description This role involves performing janitorial work in a large data center, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance across various spaces including office areas, common areas, and restrooms. The role occasionally requires outdoor work for trash removal. Responsibilities Sweep, dust, and mop floors in office spaces and common areas. Remove trash from all designated areas including data center and outdoor spaces. Clean and sanitize restrooms to maintain hygiene standards. Perform floor care and maintenance tasks as needed. Essential Skills Minimum of 6 months experience in janitorial, housekeeping, general production, warehouse, food service, or manufacturing. Proficiency in floor care techniques. Additional Skills & Qualifications Floorcare experience is considered an advantage. Why Work Here? Work Environment This position is a 3rd shift role, working from 10 pm to 6:30 am, with openings available from Tuesday-Saturday and Sunday-Thursday. You may be required to work overtime as needed. The job is located in a large, brand new data center in Mount Pleasant, which is still under construction. Employees are required to wear steel toe or composite toe boots. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
