This is not a standard janitorial role; it is a critical position for proactive problem-solvers who can work independently across multiple environments. Key Responsibilities Versatile Field Execution:

Consistently perform high-quality cleaning in diverse settings, including offices, industrial plants, and healthcare facilities.

Self-Management:

Execute all duties efficiently with moderate instruction.

Facility Security:

Ensure all buildings and premises are secured, safeguarding keys and access credentials at all times.

EquipmentSafety:

Operate and maintain industrial equipment (vaccums, scrubbers) while strictly following safety protocols and chemical mixing guidelines.

Qualifications Education:

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Experience:

Prior professional custodial experience preferred.

Physical Ability:

Must be able to lift, push, or pull objects averaging 50 lbs to 75 lbs.

Requirements:

Must pass an acceptable criminal background screening.

Transportation:

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and access to consistently reliable transportation is required.
