$13.50/hr We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented Cleaners to join our facilities maintenance team. This role is essential in ensuring our properties remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, windows, restrooms, break rooms, and various surfaces. Perform industrial and commercial cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal. Operate cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers. Support daily facility operations in a porter role. Keep all work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety and health regulations. Qualifications Experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required —we will train the right candidate. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards. Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods. Familiarity with industrial/commercial cleaning methods and equipment is a plus. Basic understanding of facilities maintenance. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
