Buona Beef restaurant location. Target open date July 24th. Anticipated start date July 17th

ABOUT BUONA BEEF
Buona Beef is a family-founded restaurant brand known for authentic Italian beef, fresh food made to order, and fast, friendly service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for team members who take pride in quality, cleanliness, consistency, and hospitality in a high-volume kitchen environment.
POSITION SUMMARY
As a porter/dining room attendant, you greet our guests with a smile, reset tables in a speedy professional and effective manner as guests leave the restaurant. You are also responsible for the grooming of the entire restaurant and its perimeters, as well as supporting service staff with serving orders.
Responsibilities:
  • Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform with enthusiasm
  • Communicate and work with your team to give outstanding service to our guests
  • Greet every guest with a smile!
  • Organize tables efficiently
  • Stocks glassware, silverware and all products available on the condiment table
  • Restock clean dishes in all areas of restaurant
  • Accepts deliveries and stocks in appropriate storage places
  • Set up and breakdown dining room and service stations
  • Cleaning and sanitizing as needed Additional duties : Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support guest service, daily operations, and team success.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Previous restaurant, cashier, customer service, or food service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, guest-first attitude Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment Ability to learn menu items, answer guest questions, and follow service procedures consistently Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the restaurant during the shift Preferred Experience in a quick-service or fast-casual restaurant Experience working front counter, drive-thru, dining room, or expediting stations Comfort with POS systems and high-volume order entry ServSafe certification is a plus Bilingual skills are a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role requires standing and walking for extended periods, frequent reaching, bending, and repetitive hand motions. The Front of House Team Member must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs, move quickly between service areas, and work safely in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Pay:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
