Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and reliable Early Morning /Night Commercial Cleaner to join our night shift team. This role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of commercial facilities during the quiet hours of the early morning. As a key member of our custodial staff, you will ensure that workspaces are spotless, well-maintained, and ready for the day ahead. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors alike. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize commercial spaces including restaurants, offices, restrooms, and common areas Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining clean surfaces Remove trash, dust surfaces, and disinfect high-touch areas Ensure all assigned areas meet cleanliness and hygiene standards Operate basic cleaning equipment safely and correctly Follow daily cleaning routines and instructions Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues immediately Experience Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required Experience cleaning restaurants, offices, or commercial facilities is a plus Familiarity with basic cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and disinfecting surfaces Comfortable using standard cleaning tools and equipment Ability to follow cleaning procedures and maintain quality standards Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job Join us in creating clean, safe environments that support productivity and well-being!
