Janitorial Cleaner

•Technician (Night Shift, Part-Time) Maug Cleaning, Inc. is hiring a Janitorial Cleaner for a part-time night shift position in the Osseo/Pigeon Falls area. This is an independent position working alone on an established commercial cleaning route. The route includes one building cleaned Monday through Friday, along with additional commercial buildings on a rotating schedule. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, is dependable, and prefers a structured evening cleaning route.

Pay & Schedule:

$17.00/hour

Monday & Tuesday:

4:00 PM

•7:00

PM Wednesday:

4:00 PM

•7:00 PM, with additional rotating accounts until 11:00

PM Thursday:

4:00 PM

•7:00 PM, with an additional rotating account until 1:00

AM Friday:

4:00 PM

•7:00 PM Approximately 19-25 hours per week depending on the rotating schedule

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain office and commercial spaces Perform routine janitorial tasks including trash removal, floor care, surface cleaning, and restroom sanitation Work independently without direct supervision Travel between assigned buildings on the route Follow location-specific cleaning and security requirements Maintain Maug Cleaning's cleanliness and sanitation standards What to

Consistent Monday-Friday evening schedule Independent position working alone Commercial buildings located in the Osseo/Pigeon Falls area Rotating Wednesday and Thursday evening accounts Some shifts ending as late as 1:00 AM Bending, lifting (up to 40 lbs), and repetitive movement Physically active role with walking throughout the shift

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and reliability Must be 18 years of age or older Possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Ability to pass a criminal background check Comfortable traveling between assigned locations in the Osseo/Pigeon Falls area Comfortable working independently

Wages and Benefits:

Full-Time Employees (30+ hours per week): Health, Dental, Aflac Supplemental Insurance, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Part-Time Employees (20+ hours/week): Dental and Vision Insurance Aflac Supplemental Insurance Additional benefits include paid training and referral program.
