A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Overview Our Custodian and Waste Disposer is responsible for proactively organizing, sorting, and removing scrap and waste material associated with production. Responsibilities The team is also tasked with maintaining the cleanliness of the production floor. People in this position must be able to work independently to keep the manufacturing areas orderly. The position requires frequent use of a forklift and floor scrubber. A typical day includes emptying trash bins; using a forklift to load a scrap skid trailer; weighing and loading metal bales; vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, or shoveling as needed; and loading dumpsters. 3rd

Salary:
$21.53/hr + $2.50/hr Shift Premium Qualifications Organizational skills A positive attitude The ability to work independently in support of the larger team Experience operating a forklift Attention to detail, quality, and safety The ability to frequently stand, bend, twist and reach The ability to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
