Job Description

Part-Time 3rd Shift Team Member Friday & Saturday Nights | 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM The Woof is looking for a dependable and hardworking Part-Time 3rd Shift Team Member to join our overnight team. This position is primarily responsible for deep cleaning the facility while monitoring and caring for our overnight boarding dogs. This is an active, hands-on position and requires someone who is comfortable working independently and can stay productive throughout the night.

Responsibilities Include:

Deep cleaning and sanitizing indoor play areas Cleaning and sanitizing the office and common areas Sweeping, mopping and other routine facility cleaning Laundry, dishes and general organization Cleaning kennels as needed Feeding boarding dogs according to their individual instructions Providing fresh water and basic overnight care Monitoring dogs while they sleep in their kennels Taking dogs outside as needed Watching for changes in behavior, illness or other concerns Communicating important overnight information to the morning staff Completing assigned cleaning and facility tasks before the end of the shift

Schedule:

Regular schedule: Friday & Saturday, 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM We are also looking for someone with flexibility to cover or fill in for additional 3rd shifts as needed. The Woof operates 365 days a year , including weekends and holidays, so some holiday availability is required.

What We're Looking For:

Dependable and punctual Able to work independently with minimal supervision Self-motivated and able to stay on task throughout the night Detail-oriented and takes pride in keeping the facility clean A team player who communicates well with other shifts Comfortable working around dogs of different sizes, breeds and temperaments Comfortable with cleaning products and performing repetitive cleaning tasks Able to be on your feet for up to 8 hours Able to lift at least 40 lbs Comfortable going outside in varying weather conditions Willing to jump in and help wherever needed This is a great position for someone who enjoys working independently, likes staying busy and takes satisfaction in leaving everything clean, organized and ready for the next day.

Pay:

From $15.00 per hour
