Part-Time Lead Cleaner Part-Time Lead Cleaner We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bilingual Part-Time Lead Cleaner to oversee cleaning operations and maintain an office building in the Madison area. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:30 PM-9:45 PM . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, able to work independently, and has previous cleaning and leadership experience. The Lead Cleaner will assist the Building Supervisor and/or Manager with daily cleaning operations and oversee the work of other cleaners while maintaining their own assigned cleaning route. The Lead Cleaner is responsible for ensuring that the facility meets customer expectations and Programmed Cleaning's quality standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of buildings and assigned areas to ensure they meet company and customer standards. Provide leadership and direction to a team of cleaners. Assign tasks to employees based on job requirements, priorities, or special assignments. Order, organize, and distribute cleaning supplies as needed. Provide employees with required documents, uniforms, equipment, and supplies. Monitor employee performance and provide on-site training as needed. Promote a safe, professional, and disciplined work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Report incidents, safety concerns, policy violations, or other issues to the District Manager and Human Resources. Address and resolve customer concerns or dissatisfaction promptly and communicate any ongoing issues to District Management.
