Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, hallways, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to high standards. Use appropriate cleaning tools and products to effectively remove dirt, dust, stains, and debris from floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, toilet paper, and other consumables to ensure facilities are well-equipped at all times. Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent quality across all assigned areas. Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify areas needing additional attention or maintenance issues that require escalation. Maintain safety protocols by handling cleaning chemicals responsibly and using personal protective equipment as required. Report any damages or maintenance concerns promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards. Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive work environment. Skills Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of custodial procedures. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to thoroughly clean and inspect spaces for quality assurance. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety practices related to custodial work. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively throughout your shift. Good communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation accurately. Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods.
