Facilities Custodian

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated employee for our church who will be responsible for maintaining daily cleanliness and order within our two-level facility. Background screening and drug screen required. Must have janitorial experience. Duties

• Perform custodial duties of cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing designated areas of the facility.
• Light handyman repairs.
• Maintain janitorial supplies by requisition.
• Plan, organize and efficiently carry out details of a flexible work schedule.
• Communicate effectively with others
• working with church staff, members of the church.
• Interview by appointment includes job description. ## Qualifications
• Knowledge of modern cleaning methods, materials, tools and equipment.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices
• Plan, organize and efficiently carry out details of a flexible work schedule.

Two level building and sanctuary. Upper level is a daily, evening schedule.
