Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Experience with facilities maintenance tasks or porter duties will be advantageous. Knowledge of cleaning supplies, equipment operation, and safety procedures related to custodial work. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
