Job Description

Get paid to work outside, run real equipment, and light up North Central WV this holiday season. Powerwash Bros is a locally owned exterior cleaning company based in Fairmont, WV. We wash houses, clean gutters, and restore curb appeal across North Central West Virginia — and from October through January our crews switch gears to design and install professional Christmas light displays for homes and businesses. We're hiring seasonal Pressure Washing Technicians who will also train as Christmas Light Installers. You'll spend the fall on wash jobs and the holidays hanging lights, with work running through the end of January and the option to come back when the wash season restarts in March. No experience required. We'll train you on our equipment, our process, and our safety standards. What we can't train is showing up on time, caring about the finished product, and treating customers like neighbors — because they are. What you'll do Soft wash houses, clean gutters, and pressure wash concrete, decks, and fences Install, remove, and maintain custom Christmas light displays on rooflines, trees, and landscaping (October-January) Work from ladders and rooflines safely, following our safety procedures every time Load, unload, and maintain trucks and equipment at the start and end of each day Walk each job with the customer, confirm the work, and leave the property cleaner than you found it Represent Powerwash Bros with a clean uniform, a good attitude, and professional communication What we're looking for 18 or older with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable working outdoors in the cold, on your feet, and on ladders Able to lift 50 lbs and carry ladders and equipment Reliable — on time, every time Takes pride in doing things right the first time Available at least 3 days a week; weekend availability is a plus. Full time is available. Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check; we conduct random drug testing What you'll get $15/hr base pay plus performance bonuses paid weekly, monthly, and every 6 months. Our quality techs consistently earn $25-$40 per hour all-in.
