1713068 United Talent Staffing is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist with a strong manual machining background in the Fairmont, WV area . This position works with a variety of industrial and heavy-equipment components supporting mining, power stations, aluminum plants, and heavy machinery. Pay & Schedule $27.50-$30.00/hour, based on experience Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Approximately 32-40 hours per week Key Responsibilities Set up, program, and operate CNC equipment Perform manual machining as needed Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Select proper tooling, speeds, feeds, and machining processes Complete machine setups and changeovers Machine new, replacement, and repair parts Measure and inspect finished parts to required tolerances Diagnose and resolve machining, tooling, and equipment issues Ideal Experience Strong manual machining experience Prior CNC machining and programming experience Ability to complete projects from setup and programming through finished part Experience with precision measuring tools Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Industrial or heavy-equipment machining experience preferred
