Sunday through Saturday; Day, Evening, Midnight Travel required: 75% local travelJob Summary:
Responsible for janitorial tasks associated with cleanliness, sanitation, minor maintenance and housekeeping of buildings and grounds. This employee is responsible for following safe work practices and maintaining safe environments in compliance with established standards, regulations, and generally accepted practicesDuties and Responsibilities:
Perform daily custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning windows, etc. Daily monitoring of all repair and general maintenance needs of facility and equipment and report to supervisor immediately. Maintain inventory of all equipment suppliesRequest in advance all needed supplies from supervisorReport any major repair and improvement needs to supervisor promptly. Responsible for compliance with fire, health, and safety standardsFollow and complete daily duty listMaintain positive relationship with clientsAttend required training as assigned.Attend training as assignedRespond to on-call maintenance emergenciesEmployees are required to use their personal vehicles in certain circumstances and as directed in the performance of their dutiesOther duties as assigned
